Frances is the current managing director of Multi-Pay Solutions (Pvt) Ltd and oversees not only the business but also takes the lead in large, critical projects. Over the years she has successfully managed the introduction of segmented channel offerings for CABS including mobile banking (and value added services), agent banking and merchant POS.
Frances has gained valuable cross functional experience during the past 36 years working for a number of major institutions in the UK and Zimbabwe. Frances has a solid background in all areas of Strategy, Management, Development and Operations. Frances has also acted as a facilitator in all areas of corporate strategy and planning, reviewing of business processes, work flow analysis and performance measurements and project management.
In addition to the above, she has also for the past fifteen years been Management Consultant of a small management consultancy company specialising in financial services and media. This has involved all areas of strategy, project management, business process review, technology specification, selection and implementation.
Godwin as the General Manager is responsible for the day to day running of Multi-Pay Solutions. He oversees the implementation of the company’s strategy as approved by the Board while also ensuring that the Company meets and exceeds its performance and financial targets.
Godwin has vast experience gained over the past 22 years in Mobile Banking, Financial Management, Corporate Governance, External, Internal and Forensic Audit, IT Governance as well as Project Management obtained while working at Pricewaterhouse Coopers and as an independent Consultant. Godwin has worked in the region in countries which include South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, Malawi, Kenya and Nigeria.
Godwin is involved volunteer work and sits on the Boards of Research and Advocacy Unit, Harare Children’s Home Trust where he is the Treasurer, Standing Committee of the Anglican Church Harare Diocese as well as the Fundraising Committee of the Zimbabwe Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors.
Rob de Ridder
Rob currently focuses on business strategy development, financial modeling and business analytics with Multi-Pay Solutions Trading (Pvt) Ltd. He has extensive and broad consulting experience ranging from Internet strategy, ICT solutions, organizational restructuring, strategic and tactical marketing, project management and product/service development. He has gained his experience in a number of market sectors including retailing, mobile, ICT, lottery and gaming, banking and NGOs.
Rob has worked in the Netherlands, Italy, UK and Zimbabwe providing him with a broad international perspective to his experience. Rob has also worked in line management primarily in the ICT industry and has taught economics, business management, accounts and computers up to Cambridge IGCSE, A and International Baccalaureate level including a spell as head of the computer studies department at St. John’s College in Harare.
